Introduction 

This GSM Pump Controller allows you to control and monitor your pump remotely using SMS commands or via a call (IVRS). Compatible with all GSM networks except Jio, this controller supports up to 9 registered mobile numbers. It is designed for efficient and secure motor control, featuring multiple operational modes, adjustable delay settings, and safety mechanisms like overload and underload protection.




Any make of preventer can use for above model 

Note :  In this Model we are using  3 phase preventer & Sequence checking seperate Box so as to avoid high voltage damages , If there is any High voltage  or spikes  only This unit will damage

  2. IVRS Functionality:

    • Control pump using a call with voice guidance.
    • Supports commands for pump ON/OFF, mode selection, and status retrieval.

    • Relay Load: 230VAC, 5 Amps.
  4. Modes of Operation:

    • Mode 1: Relay ON for 5 seconds (adjustable delay via command #DLY=xx), with preventer enabled.
    • Mode 2: Relay ON for 5 seconds (adjustable delay via #DLY=xx), with preventer disabled.
    • Mode 3: Continuous relay ON with preventer enabled.
    • Mode 4: Continuous relay ON with preventer disabled.
  5. Timer Functionality:

    • Schedule pump operation for a specific duration.
    • Example: Turn pump ON for 1 hour with the command #MTA=60 (time in minutes).
  6. Safety Features:

    • Underload Protection: Monitors load below #UL=xx (0–60 amps).
    • Overload Protection: Monitors load above #OL=xx (0–60 amps).
    • Delay for  Load protection triggers adjustable via #DRY=xx (default: 60 seconds).
  7. Auto Mode:

    • Automatically switches ON the pump after power restoration.
    • Delay can be adjusted using #AUTO=xx (0–999 seconds).
  8. Preventer Check:

    • Delay for preventer failure adjustable with #PRD=xx (0–99 seconds).
    • If the preventer is faulty, the motor will not start.
    • If Preventer delay is 0 >  if preventer fail > Motor will start 
  9. Phone Number Management: ( Master NO Only  recives - Power On / Failure messages )

    • Add numbers with commands #1STNxxxxxxxxxx to #9STNxxxxxxxxxx.
    • Store only master number using #C.  = #1STNxxxxxxxxxxx  (  #C  AND  #1STNxxxxxxxxxxx  Both commands store  in ID1 as master NO    )
    • View stored numbers with #SPN.

IVRS Commands (Call Functionality):

  • Dial Commands:

    • 1: Pump ON.
    • 2: Pump OFF.
    • 3: Auto mode ON.
    • 4: Auto mode OFF.
    • 5: Mode 1: Relay ON for 5 seconds, preventer enabled.
    • 6: Mode 2: Relay ON for 5 seconds, preventer disabled.
    • 7: Retrieve status (voice feedback).
  • After operation, the call will automatically disconnect with a voice feedback confirmation.


Usage Instructions:

  1. Insert a GSM SIM card (excluding Jio) into the controller.
  2. Send SMS commands from any registered mobile number.
  3. For IVRS mode, call the controller's number and follow voice prompts.

How to connect regular starters using 


This GSM Based Motor Control will control only START and STOP Buttons ,  Motor Load  Will be on Contacter in Starter Itself , So we are not Disturbing Any circuits in Starters Except STOP button should be connected in series with STOP Relay as show ABOVE VIDEO
